EIDOS currently doesn't ship abroad. We will be launching this feature soon.

When will I receive my order?

The orders will be processed and sent within 3 days from our warehouse. You will receive tracking information by mail which you could check for.

What do I do if I never received my order?

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, you wouldn't be able to make changes to it. However, you could request for a return once you receive it.

Where are you located? How is the product made?

We are a hybrid company with our employees working in different parts of the country and the world. Our physical warehouse is located in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. This is from where our orders will be shipped.

Our products are made in world class manufacturing facilities in different parts of Asia. Most of the manufacturing is done in India, however, there also products that are manufactured in countries like Sri Lanka, Vietnam, China and Nepal.

Where do the materials come from?

We are trying to source the best quality material from different parts of the world. We source cotton from Organic Farmers in Maharashtra and Gujarat, and Supima Cotton from the US to name a few.
