Go to your order page and initiate a refund or an exchange. Select the products and follow the steps.
What qualifies for a refund?
An item received that has been sent back with all its original packaging and in perfect condition would be eligible for a refund.
How long would it take for the refund to be reflected in my account?
It will take up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the returned item has been delivered and inspected by us.
