What is the return policy ?

Currently we do not have returns. We will be getting them incoroprated soon.

At the moment, all orders have complimentary shipping which we will be shipping by air.

At the moment EIDOS doesn't ship its products outside India.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped you cannot cancel it. You could however receive it and return it back to us.

Where are you located? How is the product made?

We are a hybrid company with some of our team working remotely from different parts of the country and the world. Our physical warehouse in located Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.

Our products are made in different facilities around the world. We try for most of our products to be manufactured in India however we also have some products that are manufactured in other countries like Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam and China.

Where do the materials come from?

We source high quality world class materials from different parts of the world.
